Blue Ridge Volunteer Fire & Rescue Co. invites participation in its 2010 Benefit Golf Tournament to be held Friday, October 29 at Virginia National Golf Club, along the ShenandoahRiver in eastern ClarkeCounty.
The format is Captain’s Choice. Check-in and putting contest begin at 10 a.m., with shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. There will be several special contests on the course including a $10,000 hole-in-one. The registration fee is only $65/player, $260/foursome, which includes cart and green fees, refreshments, door prizes and a BBQ dinner catered by the Blue Ridge Support Division.
Blue Ridge volunteers are eager to hear from golfers, hole sponsors and door prize donors. All event proceeds benefit the charitable 501(c)3 organization.
